the spam and manage the reviews posted by
people to ensure that the visitor to your

product.
Steps to Manage Product Reviews:
The next question that arises is how do you it. Well, here are a few simple steps
that will explain
about managing the product reviews in Opencart 3.x module:
1.
To begin with product review
management, first, go to the admin panel. Here you can see the REVIEWS section.

Select it,
after this; you can see that a new window
pops up. Here you can see the complete reviews of the products left by the
customer.

Run through
it and see which reviews you want to go on the website.
Go to the edit section and change the DISABLE option to ENABLE.

Now go back to our website page and refresh it. You can see the new reviews are
there.

There is a probability that you may
encounter some spams. To disable the spams,
you need to go back to the reviews section and delete the spam review. Finally,
save the changes and refresh the store page,
You can see that the spams are deleted.

If you wish only the registered users to leave the reviews, then you can do so by going back to
the admin panel and choose the System.

Then go to the edit tab. It will direct you to the page where you
can see the YOUR REVIEW option. It will
further display two tabs : Guest User and
Registered User. Enable and disable the
option as desired and you are good to go.
